Tuesday 31 December onwards.

If you are planning to travel abroad, connect with loved ones overseas or expand your business across borders, learning Māori is a smart move. As communication and travel technology bring us together and we become members of a close-knit global community, knowing another language becomes an essential part of how we interact with others and succeed. Engage in a personalized Māori course. Bilinguals have been shown to have the ability to exercise more logical and rational thought processes than their monolingual counterparts. Further, learn Māori and broaden your professional horizons. Foreign languages provide a competitive edge in many careers, boosting your employability in companies operating overseas that need bilingual employees to connect with their foreign-language clients and partners. Contact us and sign up for a Māori course today!

To keep up with Ottawa’s rapidly progressing career sector and international community, it’s necessary to speak a foreign language. Stay competitive at work, prepare for travels abroad, achieve a greater understanding of world cultures, and much more by learning a second (or third! or fourth!) language. Take our free online language level test to see how good your current language skills are. Then, send us an inquiry for information on customizable language packages and to meet a native, qualified tutor in your area.

Sign up for our Māori lessons in Ottawa today! Schedule your lessons whenever you want them, so you can always find time to study, regardless of your timetable or location. You don’t even have to leave home to meet your teacher!

1-on-1 Business Māori Course in Ottawa

Our Māori courses in Ottawa are taught on a one-on-one basis and will help you improve your business communication skills immensely. No matter what level you begin at we will soon have you dealing with business introductions comfortably before moving onto other matters. Beginner level students can expect to finish the course with basic telephone Māori and email skills, as well as a level of survival Māori, granting them the ability to work in a country where Māori is the native tongue.

2-to-1 and Small Group Māori Courses in Ottawa (closed group)

Our Māori courses are also available for small groups studying together (Two-to-One Māori Course or In-Company Small Group Māori Course). All participants must have the same language needs, be able to study at the same time at the same place and be at the same level. All participants should be booked at the same time. Language Trainers suggest that you do not look for classes with more than 8 students at one time. However, an In-Company Taster Māori Course can contain a maximum of 12 people.
